Existing members renew service planor accumulate eligible spending to extend or
upgrade membership
All ExtraCare, GoodCare, other mobile service plan, HomePhone Plus and Fibre Broadband subscribers.
All SuperCare Plan service subscribers.
A total of $5,000 accumulated spend* in the past 12 months, or Subscription or renewal of designated mobile service plans^

Accumulated spending is calculated on a per mobile line basis based on the mobile service monthly invoice amount in the past 12 months, excluding handset or accessory offer prepayment being rebated in any form or the value of waiver of the prepayment from promotion campaign.
