How do I qualify for SmarTone Plus - PriorityPlusTM / PriorityPlusTM Premium membership?
Simply subscribe, or renew designated SmarTone mobile service plans using a personal account, or accumulate Eligible Spend* (indicated below) in the past 12 months to start enjoying your membership:
* "Eligible Spend" means the spending calculated based on monthly mobile service charges; excluding deposit, any prepayment rebates or waiver of prepayment, donation, penalty and any other designated chargers. SmarTone reserves the right of final decisions.

Can I redeem Birthday Celebrations offer with the birthday card? How to redeem?
PriorityPlus™ /PriorityPlus™ Premium members will receive a birthday card mailed by SmarTone Plus within their birth month. This card cannot be used to redeem birthday privilege. To enjoy your preferred birthday privilege, simply log in to the SmarTone CARE App, select and redeem.
Can I cancel or exchange my offer redemptions?
Offers cannot be cancelled or exchanged once redeemed.
