1. Before leaving the carpark, please present the related parking card (Harbour North Phase 1 carpark accepts Octopus and credit card; while Harbour North Phase 2-3 carpark (Zone A and B) only accepts Octopus) as well as the original sales receipt(s) (same-day machine-printed receipts) with corresponding electronic payment slip(s) at Harbour North Customer Care Centre to redeem the offer.
2. This free hourly parking privilege redemption procedure must be completed same day between 10:00am and 10:00pm at Harbour North Phase 1 G/F or Phase 2 1/F Customer Care Centre and vehicles must exit the carpark before 11:59pm. 6. Eligible electronic payment is limited to credit card, EPS, debit card, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, CUP QuickPass, Wechat Pay, Alipay, Octopus, O!ePay, Tap & Go, TNG Wallet, or any other payment tools monitor under Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance. Customer may need to present their portable device for verification.
7. The offer is subject to the availability of carpark spaces, carpark operating hours and these terms and conditions. The offer is valid for private car only and cannot be used in conjunction with other parking offers (unless otherwise specified). Each private car is entitled to redeem and enjoy the offer once per day only. The amount shown on the receipt cannot be split.
8. Free hourly parking privilege is only applicable to private cars at Harbour North shopping mall commercial carpark and not applicable to Victoria Harbour residential visitor (hourly rental) carpark.
9. All eligible sales receipts must be issued by existing merchants of Harbour North shopping mall. Receipts from Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong are NOT accepted for this offer.
10. The following transactions are not accepted for this promotion: payment service, value-added service, online shopping, mail order, charity donation, purchase of tenants’ cash vouchers/ gift vouchers/ gift redemption coupons, banquets, receipt from hotel/ hotel restaurants/ office/ temporary kiosks/ promotion exhibition.
11. All valid sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips must be machine-printed and carry the name of merchant, merchant number, transaction date and amount of transaction. Staff can request shoppers to show their sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips for photocopy, verification and confirmation of related transaction information.
12. Shoppers should bring all the eligible receipts to the redemption location. Staff will stamp on the original receipts immediately. All verified and registered data cannot be revised.

Payment receipts from the same shop cannot be separated into numerous receipts or invoices for point or reward redemption. 5. Handwritten receipts, reprinted receipts, photocopied receipts, any bill payment receipts, banks and value-adding service receipts, online shopping, charity donation, telecom service bills, tutorial fees, purchase of any coupons (including cash, meal, food coupons and vouchers), car cleaning, car beauty services, sales and rental of properties, purchase of stamps, foreign currency exchange, bouquet receipts, car tickets, ferry tickets, air tickets, travel receipts, ticketing services, fees for gold and jewelry clubs, receipts from office tenants and temporary promotion booths are not accepted for the above promotion activity.
6. For instalment payment, only the on-day initial deposit is accepted, does not include the total spending.

Original machine-printed sales receipts(s) with corresponding electronic payment (Credit card, EPS, Debit card, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, Union Pay Quick Pass, WeChat Pay, Alipay or other Stored Value Facilities which is under supervision of “Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance “) receipts must be presented. Receipt(s) are only valid on the same spending day. Redemption should be made at L3/B2 Customer Care Centre.
6. In case of any dispute, the matters are subjected to the final decision of the designated mall and S Rewards Limited.
7. Each set of original machine-printed sales receipts must match the electronic payment receipts and can only be registered once. Receipts will be stamped for confirmation. All information cannot be changed once registered.
8. All redemption program will not accept receipts from the following shops or services, retail sale not including any spending from ATM services, billing services, banking services, Octopus value adding, financial payment , Physical, temporary promotion booth, remaining amount of hire purchase receipts, membership fee, value adding or payment receipt,purchase of SHKP Malls Gift Card, receipt of buying or using gift voucher/Point Dollar/cash coupon/SHKP Mall Gift Certificate/e-coupons/gift card/membership card/member card/points card/discount card/stored value card/add value card/credit card point rebate/food coupon or any goods redemption coupon, banquet receipt, bank receipt, cash payment receipt, reprinted receipt or invoice, purchase of Octopus, Octopus value adding, purchase of parking card, telecom bill, phone card fee, car washing services fee, tuition fee, online purchase (except online movie ticket purchase), cancelled or refunded transactions, and receipt from office tower tenants.
9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other extra free parking offers such as F&B special privilege.
10. Each vehicle can redeem the parking privilege once upon entry.
11. Please refer to the promotional materials and visit our Customer Care Centre for the general free parking redemption terms and conditions. Offers are subject to change without prior notice.
12. In case of dispute, S Rewards Limited and Tsuen Wan Plaza reserve the right of final decision on all related matters.



Uptown Plaza

1. Extra 1-hour free parking is applicable to PriorityPlus™ Premium and PriorityPlus™ Members.
2. Original machine-printed sales receipt(s) with corresponding electronic payment slip(s) must be presented. Receipt(s) are only valid on the same spending day. Free parking redemption should be made at L1 Customer Care Centre between 09:00 and 23:59 on the same day.
3. Eligible electronic payments are limited to credit cards, EPS, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, UnionPay Quick Pass, WeChat Pay, AliPay or other stored value facilities under the regulatory supervision of the “Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance” (Cap. 584) (including but not limited to Octopus, Octopus O!ePay, Tap & Go and TNG Wallet). A maximum of two machine-print and corresponding electronic payment receipts from two different shops can used per redemption. Valid identification document and transaction record are required to be presented for verification of payment settlement.
4. Parking privilege is valid between 09:00 and 23:00(counting from vehicles’ ingress time). Parking hour(s) that exceed the hour(s) exempted by the parking privilege will be charged in accordance with the stipulated hourly parking rules.
5. Parking privilege are applicable for private car only but NOT applicable for loading, uploading and public transportation (e.g. taxi, coach).
6. Vehicle can redeem once parking privilege per entry.Each entry can enjoy maximum 4 hours free parking in total.
7. Receipts for the following are not eligible to register for parking privilege: kiosks, exhibition venues and temporary exhibition booths / Pop Up Stores; tuition, membership or any other monthly fees; clinic and medical services; the purchase or topping-up of an Octopus, or value-added or payment services; mail, fax, email or phone orders, or online shopping; telecommunication fees or the purchase of calling cards; the purchase of tickets such as mall event or concert tickets; trade-in transactions or product redemptions; the purchase and use of cash coupons, gift cards, or gift certificates, including SHKP Mall Gift Certificates and e-Gift Certificates; membership cards, bonus point cards, discount cards or value-added cards, food coupons including, but not limited to, bakery, mooncake, rice dumpling and Chinese preserved sausage vouchers; the purchase of gold grains, bars or deposits for gold saving club, payments settled by cash; non-store retailing purchase; payments with a handwritten, reprinted or photocopied receipt or payment slip; cancelled or returned transactions; or other non-eligible transactions.
8. All valid receipts and electronic payment slips must be machine-printed and contain clearly the name of the merchant, shop address, invoice number, transaction number, transaction date and amount of the transaction.
9. Separate payment receipts will not be accepted. Payment receipts from the same shop cannot be separated into different receipts or payment slips for redemption. Therefore, the payment amount on the machine-printed receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips must be the same.
10. Uptown Plaza staff have right to collect the original receipt(s) from members for internal verification and record by taking photograph, photo-copying and record any details of the receipt(s).
11. Uptown Plaza shop tenants and their employees are not entitled to enjoy this free parking privilege and not allowed to redeem on behalf of shoppers.
12. In case of dispute, S Rewards Limited and Uptown Plaza reserve the right of final decision on all related matters.
