Our Original Butterfly Cookies are now hala-friendly certified, and expertly handmade and freshly baked in Hong Kong everyday. Made with premium New Zealand flour and butter and topped with a dusting of crunchy sugar, the pastries are crispy, buttery and sweet. To make these tempting treats, our chefs use only premium flour and butter from New Zealand and rolls the dough at least six times before sprinkling sugar on it. You can taste the crispy butterfly cookies melting in your mouth by layers, oozing sweetness of sugar and aroma.
