If you lose your mobile phone and SIM card while travelling, simply contact our customer service hotline or Online Live Chat to activate the “Spare Travel SIM”. The activation takes around 15 minutes after identity verification and you can continue to use your main mobile phone number to stay in touch.
How to Register and Collect
The mobile number account owner can visit any SmarTone store in person and present the PriorityPlus™ Premium membership card in the SmarTone Care app to register and collect it for free.
