How to enjoy
To redeem the offer, customers must either:
- visit SmarTone stores and during checkout present their valid SmarTone Plus membership eCard via Care App; or
- log in their account at SmarTone online store and purchase at the member’s price.
Terms & Conditions
- From 27 February 2025, PriorityPlus™ members can enjoy a 5% discount on designated iPhone or iPad (“Offer 1”) and 13% discount on a designated Android handset or tablet (“Offer 2”) (each “Offer”, collectively “Offers”). The Offers are applicable to purchase at the recommended retail price at any SmarTone stores and online store. To redeem any Offer, members must either: (i) visit SmarTone stores and present their valid SmarTone Plus membership eCard via SmarTone CARE App; or (ii) log in at SmarTone online store and purchase at the discount price.
- Each member, who at the time of redeeming an Offer is an active PriorityPlus™ member of SmarTone Plus and active customer with SmarTone.
- Once an Offer is redeemed, each PriorityPlus™ member can only use such Offer again after the lapsing of a continuous 365-day period.
- After an Offer has been successfully redeemed, it cannot be restored or reverted notwithstanding any refund, cancellation of transaction or return of any goods purchased. Exceptions will be made if the product under the transaction needs to be cancelled due to product damage or out of stock.
- These Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers (include “SmarT Pass”) or discounts and is not for sale, non-exchangeable for cash, gift vouchers or e-money.
- These Offers are only applicable to purchase a designated handset and tablet model.
- If SmarTone or SmarTone Plus discovers or suspects (in its reasonable opinion and sole discretion) that any person entitled to any Offer participated in any illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or unfair behaviours or otherwise breaching the terms and conditions of SmarTone or SmarTone Plus, SmarTone and SmarTone Plus reserves the right to cancel their rights and qualifications to redeem, receive or use any Offer and/or immediately suspend their membership account and/or take any other action it deems appropriate without notice.
- Offers are subject to change from time to time without prior notice and with limited availability given on first-come-first-served basis. SmarTone and SmarTone Plus reserve the rights to amend or change the terms and conditions of these Offers at any time or terminate it without prior notice. In case of any dispute in connection with these Offers, the decision of SmarTone and SmarTone Plus shall be final and conclusive.
- SmarTone stores and online store are operated by SmarTone Mobile Communications Limited (“SmarTone”) and are subject to relevant terms and conditions. SmarTone Plus is operated by S Rewards Limited (“SmarTone Plus”) and subject to relevant terms and conditions.
