About Home 5G Broadband and Fibre Broadband Service

Home 5G Broadband is powered by the faster, stabler and smoother SmarTone 5G network, with a designated model of wireless router, providing high-speed broadband service. No installation fee and on-site installation. Just plug and play.

Fibre Broadband Service is Speedy and stable Internet connectivity and choice of bandwidth to fit and care a diversity of user needs.

  1. Home 5G Broadband service fee or Fibre broadband service fee extra rebate is only applicable to PriortyPlus™ Premium and PriorityPlus™ members and for new service subscription only.
  2. PriorityPlus™ Premium or PriorityPlus™ members subscribing Home 5G Broadband service plan or fibre broadband service plan under the same account can enjoy HK$150 (for PriorityPlus™ Premium) or $100 (for PriorityPlus™) extra rebate respectively.
  3. Fibre broadband offer applies to customers registering for broadband service at a designated resident address.
  4. Extra rebate will be given on the 4th monthly bill.
  5. Extra rebate cannot be exchanged for cash.
  6. Customer shall not be entitled to the extra rebate thereof upon the occurrence of any of the following events before the expiry of the fixed term contract:
    • if the Customer changes the Service;
    • if the Customer changes the Service installation address or the registered name for the Service;
    • if the Customer changes the monthly fee as specified in the Sales and Services Agreement;
    • if the Service and/or related services are terminated/ disconnected for whatever reason.
  7. The Company reserves the right of final decision relating to the promotion and any dispute thereof, and may change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
