Terms & Conditions
- Home 5G Broadband service fee or Fibre broadband service fee extra rebate is only applicable to PriortyPlus™ Premium and PriorityPlus™ members and for new service subscription only.
- PriorityPlus™ Premium or PriorityPlus™ members subscribing Home 5G Broadband service plan or fibre broadband service plan under the same account can enjoy HK$150 (for PriorityPlus™ Premium) or $100 (for PriorityPlus™) extra rebate respectively.
- Fibre broadband offer applies to customers registering for broadband service at a designated resident address.
- Extra rebate will be given on the 4th monthly bill.
- Extra rebate cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Customer shall not be entitled to the extra rebate thereof upon the occurrence of any of the following events before the expiry of the fixed term contract:
- if the Customer changes the Service;
- if the Customer changes the Service installation address or the registered name for the Service;
- if the Customer changes the monthly fee as specified in the Sales and Services Agreement;
- if the Service and/or related services are terminated/ disconnected for whatever reason.
- The Company reserves the right of final decision relating to the promotion and any dispute thereof, and may change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
