Terms and Conditions for dining, accommodation and cake

1. Offers are not applicable on 1 January, 8-14 February, 11-12 May, 15-16 June and 16-17 September, 2024.
2. Offers are not applicable to the charge of 10% service charge (based on original price) at Alva House, Mizutani & PitStop.
3. Offers are limited to a maximum of 12 persons at Alva House, Mizutani & PitStop.
4. Offers are only applicable to regular-priced food items and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and privileges.
5. Offers are not applicable to promotional set menus, private functions and wedding banquets (except selected Set Menu).
6. Offers are not applicable to the purchase of cigarettes, beverages, corkage charge, cut cake charge, bottle wines/spirit, hampers, coupons and vouchers.
7. Offers are for dine-in order only (Except Royal Delights and Online Privileges).
8. Advance reservation is required, please notify the restaurant staff the Privileges will be used.
9. Should there any dispute arises, all terms and conditions will be based on the English version. ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL reserves the rights to arbitrate the final decision.
10. Booking confirmation is subject to availability.
11. ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions, change or suspend the Privileges without prior notice.
12. ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL and S Rewards Limited reserve the right of final decision in any dispute.
